Media Planner

A. Job Description

• Conduct research on the market, product category, competitors, consumers, and media trends.
• Assist in analyzing briefs, business objectives, and consumer insights.
• Support the development of Communication/Creative Briefs and strategic direction.
• Research and propose Big Ideas, Key Messages, and content directions.
• Assist in developing IMC proposals and pitch decks.
• Identify and stay updated on trends, platforms, AI tools, and new technologies applicable to marketing.
• Collaborate with Planner, Account, Creative, Performance, Production, Livestream, and other relevant teams.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, internal reviews, and pitch presentations as appropriate.

C. Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Planner position.
• Interest in Marketing, Advertising, Branding, and IMC.
• Logical thinking, with strong research and information synthesis skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• Proficiency in English.
• Proactive attitude toward learning and staying updated on new trends.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to meet deadlines.
